What are your delivery hours?
Business addresses: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Can you do same-day delivery?
Yes — for same-day delivery, online orders must be placed by 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday). If it’s after 2:00 PM, please call 704.900.8949 and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if no one is home?
If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will leave the arrangement in a safe, weather-appropriate location or with a neighbor, and notify the recipient by phone. If no suitable option is available, we will leave a message asking them to arrange pickup at Nightingale.
What if I provided the wrong address?
If delivery is attempted to an incorrect address, a $10 address correction fee applies. Nightingale is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
How do I cancel or change my order?
Same-day orders are processed immediately and typically cannot be changed or canceled once prepared, en route, or delivered. For unprocessed orders, please call 704.900.8949 for assistance.
How do funeral deliveries work?
Orders placed at least one day in advance are guaranteed to arrive at least one hour before the service. Same-day funeral deliveries may require a rush fee — please call 704.900.8949.
You only need to provide:
• The funeral home name
• The name of the deceased
We will verify the address and viewing/service times directly with the funeral home. If an order cannot arrive in time, we will contact you promptly with options.
Can you deliver to high schools?
High schools do not accept deliveries for students. Administrator and teacher gifts may be delivered to the school; student gifts should be sent to their residence.
Are card messages included?
Yes. The message you enter at checkout (or provide by phone) is the only enclosure included with the gift. Billing information is never shared or sent with deliveries.
